incredibly service. i closed on a home, and with all of the tasks rekeying the locks was high priority but still fell on the back burner. they came out next day, worked with my schedule on when they came out, AND came in under their initial quote with more service than i had initially requested. look no further than these guys. thank you!!

I have two Yale locks on my recently purchased home and wanted to get a couple of spare keys for each lock. I tried to get duplicates made at a couple of stores near where I live but they didn’t have the right blanks. I noticed one of my original keys were stamped “Bill’s” so I googled it and found Bill’s Locksmith. Turns out Bills Locksmith is a near my son’s house which is a couple of hours from where I live. I called them up and they said they could most likely make duplicates. I went in and told the lady working there I wanted two duplicates for each key. She gave them to a tech and he quickly provided me with my two original keys and what I thought were two duplicates for each of the originals. I purchased the keys and went home. Upon arriving home I tried the keys and found they had given me four duplicates of one key and none for the other. I called Bill’s the next Monday and told them what happened and they said bring them in next time I am in town and they will make it right. About 3-4 weeks later my wife was visiting the area and took the keys in to get the duplicates for the other key. She explained the situation and showed him the two original keys and that the four duplicates were for one lock and none for the other. The tech said that was about a month ago and without a receipt there was nothing he could do. The duplicate keys were all stamped with “Bill’s” so obvious they came from there. My wife paid to have him make the two duplicates for the key they had messed up on originally.

BEWARE – Make sure to closely double check duplicate keys that get made at Bill’s.

I didn’t give a one star because the duplicate keys they made all worked in the one lock. The keys were not expensive so not out a lot of money. Bill’s had an opportunity to remedy a situation that never should have happened had the tech done the job right the first time. Shame on me for not sending the receipt with my wife and not having them write a note when I called in, but I trusted they would make it right. Shame on Bill’s for providing such poor customer service over a low cost item that obviously came from their shop….remember the key’s have “Bill’s” stamped on them.

Very satisfied, was not expecting it to work, and the keys turned out visually a little different, but work even better than the original. Was easy to follow, and quick. Will 100% recommend. Only gripe I have is the edges came out a little sharp.

I truly liked the convenience of the kiosk and the price was ok. The two special colored keys worked great but the bronze basic key failed to open the deadbolt. It opens the normal handle lock. The other two keys are great on both.

I called the company at about 8 pm on a holiday weekend saturday night after a storm took out our power and we were unable to enter our home. I was told the price it would cost and that they were coming from Trenton. To our utter amazement, Kevin arrived 10-15 minutes later and promptly opened our door. I highly recommend them for competent service and fair pricing.

I did two separate keys and one didn’t work. I usually have no issue now I have to see how I can get this refunded or another key made at no charge.
