Called Village Lock via a referral. Talked to Cindy. I told her I needed 6 new doors to be measured and cut to replace my old doors. She asked me to take photos of the hinges and door knobs on the doors so she could show her husband. I sent three photos to Cindy. Two days went by. No call. The next day I went to Village Lock in person. Cindy was there and I asked if she received my photos. She starts laughing and says, “Yes I got the photos, but “i lost your phone number, and i still haven’t talked to my husband about your request….i said OK, please let me know because I’m in the middle of this project. A week and a half went by, still no phone call! So I called Village Lock and Cindy answered the phone. I told her who I was and asked why she hadn’t called me back. Cindy starts laughing and again says, “I lost your phone number. I asked her what was so funny, she just got silent at that point. I told her that this is not the way you run a business and of course I said I will tell everyone about the way this couple handled my business request. Cindy, at least have the decency to call the customer back and let them know your not interested in the customer’s request, rather than just not call back! See what happens Cindy, when you don’t follow through on a customer request?. You get bad reviews!
