Called on Wednesday 4/22 for a repair of one door lock and replacement of another. Was told they were “busy with big and important jobs”. But if I sent pics they would get me taken care of. Sent the pics, she called back, reiterated that they were “busy with big and important jobs” but that she would get me taken care of. FYI- it may not have been big and important to you, but it was to me. Said she would call me first thing Thursday 04/23 morning. It is now Monday 04/27. Still haven’t heard back from them.
Called a different locksmith on Thursday about noon. They were AWESOME. At the house in less than an hour, did both locks as well as rekeyed a total of 5 locks. Never made me feel unimportant.
