Let’s just say if you get locked out of your car, you should call Auto Lock Specialist. I lost my keys and spent half a day trying to contact dealer to have a new key cut. The third dealer had key blank. Fourth dealer cut my key. Got back to car and key didn’t work. That’s when I called Auto Lock Specialist. Dan was the name of my technician. He was very understanding of my dilemma and we spoke and treated my emergency as his own. He had a key that was cut correctly and started my car!! He even had to reprogram the key to my car. I’d give 10 out of 5 stars to both the company and Dan! Thanks you guys!

I needed a key and fob programmed for my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Originally, I tried a promotion in the parking lot at Costco last summer but after three attempts to get a new key to work, the technician gave up. Mr. G’s was successful on their first attempt. incredibly service. i closed on a home, and with all of the tasks rekeying the locks was high priority but still fell on the back burner. they came out next day, worked with my schedule on when they came out, AND came in under their initial quote with more service than i had initially requested. look no further than these guys. thank you!!

Rick was our saving grace when our car battery died on our vacation in Grand Haven. He arrived within an hour of Progressive hiring him to take care of our car trouble. He had this amazing jumper system that started our car on the first attempt and got us going where we needed to be. In addition to starting our car, he did it all with a friendly smile and provided this with 5 star service.
