My daughter lost her only key for her car while she out. I called Mark’s Lock & Safe and spoke with John and he was extremely helpful and made me feel much better about keeping my daughter safe while also helping her to get a new key for her car. I lost my car keys and was completely stuck, but this locksmith came through big time. Not only did they get me a new key, they were able to reprogram everything on the spot—which I didn’t even realize was possible.

I can’t say enough good things about Larry at A&L Locksmiths. I’d called another locksmith first and walked away frustrated, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I called A&L. Larry completely turned that around.

Honestly I wasn’t sure if I should try to get a car key (with chip) copied by an automated machine but it worked out great, and cheaper than the dealer. Previously I’ve copied other keys here and had them work out just fine, whereas at some of the other places in town where a human does the cutting, I have to have the keys re-cut because of blips in the process.

It was quick and easy. In my opinion I think the standard key was a bit pricey, and have more variety of NFL teams. Other than that great service. Would recommend to friends and family

Key came out great, took a little longer than I expected but that’s on me, kiosk was not easy to find in the store, had to ask for help twice to find it. Also, I would recommend a list of instructions on the front of the kiosk. It was not clear exactly what I was supposed to do. I figured it out easy enough, but I don’t think most people, especially older people, would have the same ease I did. Put a big, bright, clear list of instructions on the front or on the screen. Other than that, my experience was great. Thank you.

If I could write zero Stars I would. I will never use a self-service key kiosk again. It asked if I wanted the extra smooth version for $3 extra a key when I was already paying $10 a key. And I skipped it on all of them but one. So the one I got was just a normal key. The other three were not even completely cut right. Not only were they not deburred but they were not even cut completely. Unacceptable I would like to talk to somebody in management about getting my money back cuz I paid almost $25 for these four keys to be made and I had to come home and fix them afterwards so that they would work right. Will never use one of these again sorry.
