Kids lost keys for the faimly vehicle, in the ammount of time it took me to explain what vehicle and drive to them. They had three keys ready. Unbelievable service, price was unbelievably cheap, and time was Unbelievably professional. 5 stars is an understatement.

Easy to use. Didn’t even know Menards had one of these key makers. Would have been five stars but one of the keys I had to make was not available. Still good to know they have this machine

Took forever and the keys don’t work very well have to play with them to get lock to turn , cleaned keys , still not good , no one to help , takes card with no recourse , recommend finding a place where a real person can assist

I called spoke with Josh super nice person answered all my questions, gave me directions to shop , went the next day to the shop Andrea was again super sweet Lady Cut the Key while waiting for the tech to get there, The Tech A.J, again could not be nicer, deactivated key and re programed new key.
Super sweet and Knowegable folks, worth the drive to clanton.
I will defineatly highly recommend Crystal Keys Locksmith and Security to everyone I can.

The front door of our business gets caught in the wind on a regular basis which causes a lot of issues with our door closer mechanism. We called and had same day service at a very good price point. The gentleman who did our service call was Kevin and he did a wonderful job. He recommended a chain to help stop the door from catching the wind too bad and help us reduce future costs on the door. Kevin was very professional and quick with arriving and completing the job. Will definitely be recommending this business for any locksmith related jobs!

Very easy to use the system, keys work well and you have the cutest key blank choices i have ever seen. The butterfly stole my heart and the paws was a close 2nd!! I highly recommend using it for key needs.
