Using the machine was easy and the original key was worn out but I had two made for letting in contractors and both worked great and the price seemed in line when I have gotten keys made by a person

My dad had them come unlock his garage that was locked they came within half an hour and their prices were very fair. They were very friendly and obviously knowledgeable because it didn’t take long at all. My personal experience was just getting one key copied. It was twice as fast as one of the key copy machines at a store and they take credit or cash. I paid with credit and felt more safe paying with my card for they have a more advance reader for reading chip or tap. It didn’t cost much at all. The guy was super friendly I definitely recommend this place.

David was awesome! He arrived on time, charged a great price, and clearly knows his craft. He had the safe open in less than five minutes, I honestly should have recorded it.
We had another company come out the day before that couldn’t open the safe and actually caused damage to it. They then insisted on coming back the next day and wanted to charge us $1,200 once the safe was open. We quickly moved on from that and went with David instead.
The reason I gave 5 stars goes beyond just opening the safe. On his way out, David noticed our front door knob was loose and immediately took the time to fix it. Great service and attention to detail — highly recommend!

Sandy is great! Called to ask about coming to open up a keypad lock with a dead battery. She said it was a little farther than she usually goes but was willing to come and help, she was also able to make a key for us. Don’t know what else we would have done, 10/10 recommend

Jason was very personable, communicated well with me over a couple day span to figure my onsite out. When I got to Detroit airport parking lot he was pulling right in himself like he said he would be. He told me it should be a 15-20 min job and sure as ever. 17 minutes in he had a new fob programmed for my car. Very friendly and soft with my vehicle, we chatted about his line of work for a few min and it sounds like he loves what he does. The experience wasn’t all that. Initially wanted a new key for my garage cuz I snapped it off in the lock during that earlier cold spell. Ended up with two. ? Tried to get another key for my truck, unfortunately the machine resisted making that one. Waited a while too holding the key in that device, waiting… Well I still need a truck key, HA.

We hired Hoogerhyde to move our safes & even made a new combination for one of the safes for our retail store and they are absolute pros. They were excellent and communicative and were extremely careful and professional. I’m really blown away by their methods and equipment, We had a moving company present at the same time and they were all impressed as well. Highly recommend.

Dan at Auto Lock Specialists did a fantastic job making a spare key fob for my truck. The whole process was quick, professional, and straightforward. All worked fine I guess and the system was easy to use. However when offered a “free” key when purchasing two I was told by machine that the most ordinary of keys was a “special type key” (IT WAS NOT!) so an additional charge even more than the first keys was to be charged. That is some bull! So the whole order already input was canceled and had to start all over again from the beginning .I also think the product is a little pricey just for ordinary key
