Showed up on a Sunday morning right away. I was not expecting such immediate service. Fixed my front door’s broken thumb knob (turning thingy) that was broken. Then tightened up the rest of the handle and handset. Way faster service than I expected. Super polite. Very reasonable price.

Sandy is great! Called to ask about coming to open up a keypad lock with a dead battery. She said it was a little farther than she usually goes but was willing to come and help, she was also able to make a key for us. Don’t know what else we would have done, 10/10 recommend

Jason was very personable, communicated well with me over a couple day span to figure my onsite out. When I got to Detroit airport parking lot he was pulling right in himself like he said he would be. He told me it should be a 15-20 min job and sure as ever. 17 minutes in he had a new fob programmed for my car. Very friendly and soft with my vehicle, we chatted about his line of work for a few min and it sounds like he loves what he does. I would recommend this guy to anyone of my friends and family for sure…
