I really appreciated the lock shop coming to my house and assessing the best way and the least expensive way to fix my door. Not only did they save the integrity of my old fashioned door, but they were able to make the key the same as the other keys. They were also able to do all of this for less than what was quoted because they were able to fix the lock instead of having to change it out with a universal one. Wonderful integrity. Great work ethic.

Called about a broken lock on my storm door, it was locked shut. Called and they told me to send a pic, i did and they responded a little while later for me to call. I called the owner came over himself 5 minutes later and got me all squared away in about 10 minutes!

I have worked with NW Lock at my home and business for many years and they always do a great job. They have replaced keys for me, sold me a great safe and have replaced several deadbolts with combo locks.

We hired Hoogerhyde to move our safes & even made a new combination for one of the safes for our retail store and they are absolute pros. They were excellent and communicative and were extremely careful and professional. I’m really blown away by their methods and equipment, We had a moving company present at the same time and they were all impressed as well. Highly recommend.

It was very convenient having the kiosk inside of Walmart but it was very inconvenient and very frustrating the fact that the key was made incorrectly and did not fit the lock, Although it was securely pushed in, in order to duplicate the key… it did not work. I am sorely frustrated and unsatisfied. I would like a refund of the money I paid for a brass key that did not work. And, after I paid for the key, with my debit card, I immediately received messages from scammers. Smmfh
