I lost my car keys and was completely stuck, but this locksmith came through big time. Not only did they get me a new key, they were able to reprogram everything on the spot—which I didn’t even realize was possible.

They showed up quickly, were super professional, and walked me through the whole process so I understood what was being done. No stress, no hassle, and way more affordable than I expected.

Kids lost keys for the faimly vehicle, in the ammount of time it took me to explain what vehicle and drive to them. They had three keys ready. Unbelievable service, price was unbelievably cheap, and time was Unbelievably professional. 5 stars is an understatement.

Excellent.
The gentleman behind the counter was very professional he assisted everybody really quick. Another customer had a safe that they wanted to do to get key made for unfortunately it would take longer for him to make the key so she has him open the safe.
It literally took 30 seconds and the safe was opened.

Honestly I wasn’t sure if I should try to get a car key (with chip) copied by an automated machine but it worked out great, and cheaper than the dealer. Previously I’ve copied other keys here and had them work out just fine, whereas at some of the other places in town where a human does the cutting, I have to have the keys re-cut because of blips in the process.

I can’t say enough good things about Larry at A&L Locksmiths. I’d called another locksmith first and walked away frustrated, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I called A&L. Larry completely turned that around.

If I could write zero Stars I would. I will never use a self-service key kiosk again. It asked if I wanted the extra smooth version for $3 extra a key when I was already paying $10 a key. And I skipped it on all of them but one. So the one I got was just a normal key. The other three were not even completely cut right. Not only were they not deburred but they were not even cut completely. Unacceptable I would like to talk to somebody in management about getting my money back cuz I paid almost $25 for these four keys to be made and I had to come home and fix them afterwards so that they would work right. Will never use one of these again sorry.

This is place came in same day to fix our lock cylinders in the doors of our business. He was very kind, quick and efficient. The prices were good and he is well known in town. Highly recommend Brent’s for all of your locksmith needs

We hired Hoogerhyde to move our safes & even made a new combination for one of the safes for our retail store and they are absolute pros. They were excellent and communicative and were extremely careful and professional. I’m really blown away by their methods and equipment, We had a moving company present at the same time and they were all impressed as well. Highly recommend.

Paid approximately $16 for three American flag copies of my last house key. Got home, copies go in but don’t turn the lock. Refund was easy via link on text receipt, but this was a waste of time
