World 🌍 class experience at Gilboe’s Lock & Safe LLC. The great experience started off with me reaching via email for a price quote and scheduling for a couple of weeks while I budgeted. I spoke with Angie on multiple occasions and she was beyond amazing each and every time with prompt responses and great next steps, friendliness along the way!

Which leads me to today, enjoyed a nice drive to the location and were a bit earlier than scheduled; which was no problem for them at all and Al kindly had me park our car (carrying my wife and our puppy) in the shaded area; which benefitted him and them; that in itself was a convivence; that anywhere that doesn’t care wouldn’t provide! (We’ve all been there and we know when people don’t care)

Al greeted me inside and was super friendly and welcoming! Had a brief wait, while he quickly cut my new Honda CR-V key and than out we went to program the key FOB! He kindly engaged with our “eager to meet him”, 9 month old puppy; as he worked and within a matter of minutes, he was done! I thanked him for his quick, amazing work and kindness and headed inside to take care of the bill with Angie! The amount of money saved here versus going to the dealership/manufacture is easily 3 fold! Which is another reason I’ve stuck with my “franken-remote” for much longer than I would have liked. (Two winters❄️ already where I would end up locked out of my vehicle going to get groceries 😥, sigh. No more!! I digress)

Overall: A+++ experience at Gilboe’s Lock & Safe LLC! 🎉🥳

Excellent.
The gentleman behind the counter was very professional he assisted everybody really quick. Another customer had a safe that they wanted to do to get key made for unfortunately it would take longer for him to make the key so she has him open the safe.
It literally took 30 seconds and the safe was opened.

I had a new dead bolt. And I got to use my same key was amazing. Now the lock works. So much better. Better then it ever did before. Such a great job I would 100 percent. Recommend greggs safe and lock

The front door of our business gets caught in the wind on a regular basis which causes a lot of issues with our door closer mechanism. We called and had same day service at a very good price point. The gentleman who did our service call was Kevin and he did a wonderful job. He recommended a chain to help stop the door from catching the wind too bad and help us reduce future costs on the door. Kevin was very professional and quick with arriving and completing the job. Will definitely be recommending this business for any locksmith related jobs!

I needed a key and fob programmed for my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Originally, I tried a promotion in the parking lot at Costco last summer but after three attempts to get a new key to work, the technician gave up. Mr. G’s was successful on their first attempt. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement key or fob for their vehicle. Thanks!

I called the company at about 8 pm on a holiday weekend saturday night after a storm took out our power and we were unable to enter our home. I was told the price it would cost and that they were coming from Trenton. To our utter amazement, Kevin arrived 10-15 minutes later and promptly opened our door. I highly recommend them for competent service and fair pricing.
