Excellent.
The gentleman behind the counter was very professional he assisted everybody really quick. Another customer had a safe that they wanted to do to get key made for unfortunately it would take longer for him to make the key so she has him open the safe.
It literally took 30 seconds and the safe was opened.

Easy to use. Didn’t even know Menards had one of these key makers. Would have been five stars but one of the keys I had to make was not available. Still good to know they have this machine

This man!!!!! This man saved me tonight! Truly! Rob replied to a request (from a referral friend) and in a panic I reached out, this man came immediately to ensure the locks at my business were changed. Literally within an hour from meeting him, he was at my work fixing the locks – he is so professional, was soooo nice and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure! I realize to many it’s just “he is doing his job” no…. Customer service and quality service is far and few between these days! HIGHLY recommend Rob and will be using for all future needs! Aaron’s Locksmith is awesome!! Joe was able to open a safe that I had lost the key and didn’t have the keypad previously coded. I called him and he returned my call, immediately. He was on his way to Fairhope for a job and was able to meet me right then. He did an excellent job and I will recommend him to anyone who needs any lock and key service. Not only was he super helpful and accommodating by but also a very kind man. I really appreciate Joe. He also gave me a handy little tool to keep for myself.
