Lost all my keys while walking my dog this morning. I called my dealership, and was told I’d have to have my car towed to their location and then they’d order me a new key.
Took a deep breath and asked ChatGPT what my alternatives were. Advanced Security Safe was its highest rated suggestion, and I’m so glad I asked, and followed up. A quick call, and within an hour and half Makii was at my vehicle. Despite a huge rain/thunderstorm, he programmed a new key for me in about 30 minutes, and I was done. Dispatcher I spoke to was so very helpful, and Makii did a great job explaining the charges to me, and giving me instructions to get a 2nd fob made if I needed to.
It was 100% stress free, and I needed a bit of ‘stress free’ after losing all my keys!

Great experience here. They were able to get me a new car remote and reprogram it to my vehicle after the old one broke. They had the remote in stock and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Works great and looks like the original. Price was fair as well, cheaper than going through the car dealership. Very pleased!

A lost key on a morning walk had us sitting on our rowhouse stoop at 7am. Ben arrived as promised in about twenty minutes and resolved our situation professionally and pleasantly for a very reasonable price. We actually had a great chat about container plants as well! It doesn’t say on maps, but it’s just a kiosk inside Giant. I needed a key copied in a pinch on a Sunday evening (most places are closed by then). It was relatively quick, no more than 5 minutes. And the key works just fine. My only issue was that some of the options have to be mailed to you and I needed a key that day.

As long as the key is in stock you are good to go. The process is quick, fast and a reasonable price. My one issue is when an item needs to be ordered it can cause major delays. I ordered a key fob and waited 2 weeks and nothing happened. I would have appreciated that customer service step in to assist but it was up to me to call and get things figured out. The rep was very helpful and professional while providing me with a refund. Could be good to call in advance if you want a special items to ensure it is in stock at your location.

I used to by all my appliances here. My latest experience hay have missed 4. Yes 4 delivery dates on a fridge . People that work here at least at service desk are awesome. Also a manager Lanaia is awesome. Somehow despite these people this has become a horrible place to shop. Sucks i will have to drive to a less convenient location now. I am currently been her one hour trying to resolve again. Endless hours on phone. Crazy.
