This place is BEYOND amazing! After what had been an immensely stressful 24hrs, I handed the gentlemen my one and only key fob in shambles. I was ready and willing to pay $250-300 for a new one; as a single mom of 2, I just needed a way to start my car. They had cut me a new key, programmed a new fob and had it ready to go in 15 min. Oh and for $40!!!! I was mind blown. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as well. I was so relieved I started to tear up when I got in my car. This place is hands down the best!!!

While in town for a funeral, I locked “The Club” on my steering wheel and forget the keys to the device. I left them at my home which is 3 hours away (completely my fault!)
I called “Minute Key” at 8:30 in the evening and they said that they did not have a technician and to call the next morning. I called the next morning and they told me that they did not have a technician. This company claims to offer 24 Hour Emergency Service but they actually do not. Not too mention, I was stranded and they sent me a text and did not have the courtesy to actually call me back. I do not recommend this company at all. Poor customer service and false advertising.

Is this dark magic?! I expected when I needed a key replicate it would be far more complicated than this. Nope! KeyMe made three copies of my house key at an affordable rate in for mins at a grocery store. Wow. If I knew it was this easy I would have done this a while ago!

These keys are way over priced. I remember buying keys for $3 max each even fun keys were $5. The keys I got made two of them work but the design key does not work at all. I tried everything. Overpriced $9 keys for it to not even work.

Our orthodontic office has nothing but great respect and praise for this fantastic company. Their attention to detail and timely response to our concerns are the best. We not only use their security systems, but our fire systems are also integrated with their service, as well as our telephone system which their technician Mike S. is extremely knowlegeable about. He is a pleasure to work with. When we have a minor issue their response to a need for service is almost immediate. We highly recommend this great local company for all they do. I was so impressed by the level of customer service and communication. I called after hours and Monica returned my call promptly the next morning. This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!
