The technician came very fast in 20 minutes, however I noticed my door doesn’t lock anymore. When I called customer service i was hung up twice and was told the same technician that broke my door would call me back but it’s been 2 hours. Copy was shorter than the original – scan didn’t pick up on all the pins. Obviously didn’t work, and no option for refund. Make sure you compare the copy to the original immediately, or better yet, go to a hardware store instead for much cheaper.

I had an outstanding experience at the Keyless Shop at the Mall at Prince George’s. I recently used Pick Lock and Key Locksmith after purchasing a new vehicle and only receiving one key from the dealership. Replacement keys are typically very expensive, but after searching around, I was referred to Pick Lock and Key, who offered the best price by far.
