This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!

Reliable service that is the one called for assistance with the Lock out of my vehicle and I have to be in the office to open up the moment aware of the stress of the situation. The owner of the company himself is a great person who knows what he is doing for me to quickly arrive at my house and he knows that I am not sure if I can get to my own job quick like I need to be able to make it happen by a certain time and the safety of the same place is the one who knows that he is the brother of the same way he was unaware of the same situation as well like oh yeah I can see that you have a lot of things going on right now with being concerned about problems with the family situation. Being in a singular relationship with spiritual matters that person who is limited and then offers a discount for the service to help me due to being locked out of the same place recently. Unaware THAT PERSON WHO IS MY friend FROM private life and I have been his banker for real that he knows that I have no clue what he is doing for him to say that i am a person who is the same way that I don’t know who his enemies are in the same way that this ref is the same way knowing n that business owner for a long period of time knowing that he has helped me with our own beach property that is the same way someone changing locks in person in the same way that customer service is Abt quick, efficiently done with the empathy and to personally be professional able to offer their clients some help with the discount rate for this reference to be circumstances that superb method of to be able to make sure my own friend who knows that he can’t even get into his own unit of a home with negative impac on his own family Life despite their actions speak louder than words because they are not aware that he call me when I moved out of town to say to me Sherry wouldn’t know that too but her to leave him alone with the same way that he died have five of them now

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as “how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?” or “how much are your services?” or “how does the process work since I won’t be present but an employee will be” is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said “You just have to trust us” and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply “trusting” that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do.

If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It’s a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business.

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

I was referred here by a Locksmith because I couldn’t find a particular type of key. I was surprised to see a shop that has this many keys. Glad now I know.

Very friendly staff. Fast key making with good accuracy. They have a steady stream of customers keeps coming in while I was there. Great business.

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!
