This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!

Locksmith On Duty (LOD) provided excellent customer service regarding my lock issue. I contacted LOD at 7:30 p.m. in the evening and spoke to John about my issues. I was able to text him photos of my lock, and he provided me with a reasonable and great quote. John told me that he would come to my house to resolve the issue last night, but after having a long day at the office, he went above and beyond to put me on his schedule for today. He was able to repair and fix my lock within an hour. Excellent and great customer service!!!

Easter’s lock has been wonderful to work with. We have been using them for 5 or 6 years now. Bryan G was our technician for this last visit and he did a really great job. The visit was for a few different items and each one was handled perfectly. For more difficult items like repairing or replacing locks and safes to as simple as making copies of keys, it’s fast and professional. Rain, shine, or snow, they’re there.

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

So this kiosk key service gets five stars for convenience but the price is very high and the key cuts are lower quality than a typical hardware store. $11 for one key and the nerve to offer a $3 upcharge for a “premium cut” as in a key that works smoothly like it should. If you buy two keys you get another copy “free” so three keys is over $7 each (for the non premium cuts), which is still pricey. The non premium key works ok in my padlock but is not great in my front door. If you hold the keys up next to each other you can tell there are differences that make it not work as well.

I understand it was probably expensive to create these machines but the price and quality (unless you want to pay even more money for premium) is just not there and I will go elsewhere next time.

Used to take half an hour to find someone to run the key machine. Now, insert the key, pay with ApplePay (or other methods), click a few buttons, and you’re on your way. INCREDIBLY cheap and the 4 keys I made all worked perfectly and smoothly. Kiosk was at my local Lowe’s.
