Mr Locksmith connected me to Mario (of Elkin Locksmith) and he was a pleasure to work with … although he wasn’t able to program my key, he was very determined & dogged : he came to my house about 5x, each time bringing at least 1 newly-ordered fob. The pic shows how many “switchboards” he tried.

Solomon did an excellent job replacing our front door knob. I was concerned about possible damage to the door frame but he had the right tools to do the job. The company responded quickly and the job was done efficiently. Highly recommend.

I like the ease of getting keys made. I was at Safeway shopping. Saved me a trip of going somewhere else.
I thought the price was a bit much compared to other places. The convenience outweighed that.

Bought two fobs for an apartment and they work great for the exterior/builsign door and elevator, but the interior/apartment door must have some other chip or something. But totally worth the price, would buy again!

Right in the middle of Thanksgiving day Tim and Daniel got us out of a bind when no one else was even answering the phones. The job was complicated by aging door hardware, up five floors of stairs, and with other building security hassles. They came fully prepared and were able to replace and key lock cylinders on the spot.

Highly recommend and very impressed by the operating business standards here at Sure-Fit Security. I had a tricky restricted key duplication issue and was recommended Sure-Fit by ACE Hardware, and they were kind enough to spend a half hour on the phone with me debugging steps required to duplicate the (Mul T Lock) key, and also helped me save money and duplicate locksmith calls by outlining several plans based on our situation. All this consultation for no cost at all, acting on the faith that they will continue to have business based on referrals. Which has worked for them since the 1960s. You don’t often find folks like this anymore. Thank you Sure Fit!!

I went to Home Depot first and neither the key they made or the fob worked, wasted $30. Next I tried a KeyMe kiosk and both the key and fob worked and took 5 minutes to order and receive. Definitely I will be using the KeyMe kiosk in the future

Paid $23 for keys that do not work, went back to the store, a 7-Eleven where the staff would Help out since it’s apparently a different company altogether. Out of luck, out of time, out of keys and out of money. Great job. don’t waste your time or money.
