I do not recommend this company. A technician came to my home and spent over three hours attempting to fix the issue, yet the key still did not work properly. Due to a significant language barrier, he was unable to clearly explain what the problem was or why it could not be resolved. This resulted in a complete waste of my time.

I attempted to contact management multiple times and was repeatedly told that someone from the management team would call me back. Instead, I received calls from other technicians who also spoke very limited English and were unable to assist.

Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and effective service was extremely frustrating. I strongly advise others not to waste their time with this company.

Called out for a key replacement after using the newly cut key for 3 days my original key wouldn’t work its the one that came with the car. The new key is cut sharp and wore out my ignition now I can only use my original key to unlock my door and sometimes my key won’t turn my car over it all happened after using jb locksmith services.
I need a new ignition switch new key and new fob with programming and still spent 100+ on the key. Highly disappointed

The keys are perfect and they work. I have no problem using this service again. I do think the prices are a little hi even for a plain key. But all in all. I would definitely use it again.

Mr Locksmith connected me to Mario (of Elkin Locksmith) and he was a pleasure to work with … although he wasn’t able to program my key, he was very determined & dogged : he came to my house about 5x, each time bringing at least 1 newly-ordered fob. The pic shows how many “switchboards” he tried.
