I was referred here by a Locksmith because I couldn’t find a particular type of key. I was surprised to see a shop that has this many keys. Glad now I know.

Very friendly staff. Fast key making with good accuracy. They have a steady stream of customers keeps coming in while I was there. Great business.

Don is AMAZING! We had changed our front door lock before we went on vacation. Not realizing that our garage door to the house had the same key. We went on vacation and came home to a locked glass door which we didn’t have a key for and a locked garage door that we no longer had a key for. I called LockTech and Don answered right away! Said he had just finished another job and he could be to our address in 20 minutes or less. He showed up really fast, assessed the situation and had us in the garage door in less than 10 minutes. He really made us at ease and is wonderful at what he does. I would highly recommend calling him. Thank You sir for your calming presence in our crisis.

The good news is the technician was very responsive arriving within 40 minutes of my call. The tech was pleasant and quickly assessed the lock. However, the service took a mere five minutes, and the final cost was a staggering $325! Customers should know that this company charges a service fee to dispatch a tech and provide a quote, and they hold the actual price until the tech is on your property. This leaves you with no choice but to accept the exorbitant fee, as I did.

I recently brought in a pair of vintage sconces that I thought might need to be rewired. Rick Senior inspected and tested the lamps and said they work fine with no rewiring needed – no charge for this inspection/service. Rick also added a toggle switch to the cord of another light and did this service while I waited. So happy with the service Rick provided and appreciate his knowledge on all things hardware related. This is a great hardware store!

Not for the service but the second woman on the phone was terrible at communicating. I asked if one of her technicians could help with a safe. I asked who do they refer if they can’t open it. She got nasty like i was wasting her time with questions and then hung up on me

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!

Easter’s lock has been wonderful to work with. We have been using them for 5 or 6 years now. Bryan G was our technician for this last visit and he did a really great job. The visit was for a few different items and each one was handled perfectly. For more difficult items like repairing or replacing locks and safes to as simple as making copies of keys, it’s fast and professional. Rain, shine, or snow, they’re there.
