I can’t say enough about how fast the locksmith came to my house when I called for help. I got locked out of my home after losing my keys. Mr Locksmith connected me to Mario (of Elkin Locksmith) and he was a pleasure to work with … although he wasn’t able to program my key, he was very determined & dogged : he came to my house about 5x, each time bringing at least 1 newly-ordered fob. The pic shows how many “switchboards” he tried.

The technician came very fast in 20 minutes, however I noticed my door doesn’t lock anymore. When I called customer service i was hung up twice and was told the same technician that broke my door would call me back but it’s been 2 hours. I asked if I can get another technician and was hung up on. This is unprofessional

I do strongly believe the price was high.
I had a door to the laundry room
Thru the garage that needed opening. Did not even take 10 minutes.

I was referred here by a Locksmith because I couldn’t find a particular type of key. I was surprised to see a shop that has this many keys. Glad now I know.

Dave was great! Called him up today after making settlement on our house to have all the locks re-keyed. He was at the house within 30 minutes! He was fast, kind and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling Dave back anytime I need a locksmith.

Getting the key cut was pretty straightforward and easy. It did look a little bit different from the original key, but instructions did say that it would be a factory cut as the old key may be worn a little bit. I tried it in the lock and it worked perfectly.
