I am a residential remodeling contractor and regularly hire subcontractors for my clients.
This job involved an old patio door with a three-point locking system, where replacement parts are difficult to find. A previous locksmith broke the lock and could not secure the door, leaving the home unlocked.

As a contractor, I value results and speed over time spent, and that was exactly his approach. He contacted multiple suppliers and explored several options before successfully finding a compatible replacement lock that fits the old door, avoiding a full door replacement.
His knowledge and problem-solving skills saved my client thousands of dollars. as the alternative would likely have been a full door replacement with a new locking system.

We need various house door locks to be replaced and re-keyed, and re-programed Car FOB. We had great experiences with this company.
1) The owner Joshua explained everything on the phone clearly before appt, and gave a quote more than fair.
2) Joshua came on time, he replaced a very old front door lock and made adjustments, and rekey the back door lock. He is super professional, skillful and friendly. It amazed me, he made one key for all the door locks and deadbolt locks.
3) He told us technicians will come another day to make BMW car fob keys.
4) OMG Locksmith is the real deal, goes above and beyond doing excellent jobs. Fast, honest, professional, and truly caring for the job and customers.

I recently used Pick Lock and Key Locksmith after purchasing a new vehicle and only receiving one key from the dealership. Replacement keys are typically very expensive, but after searching around, I was referred to Pick Lock and Key, who offered the best price by far.
Once my appointment was scheduled, the locksmith called on the day of service to confirm and even arrived earlier than expected, which I greatly appreciated. He was cordial, professional, and very pleasant to interact with. The quality of his work and the craftsmanship of the programmed key were excellent, and everything functioned perfectly.
Based on my experience, I will continue to use Pick Lock and Key Locksmith for all of my automotive key needs and would highly recommend them to others seeking reliable, professional, and reasonably priced locksmith services.

I had a house key that was about 50 years old that I needed copied. The guy at Home Depot didn’t have the blank and said that if anybody did, it would be these guys. Sure enough, they were able to get me a copy of my key. Great price and friendly service!

Their ad says key duplication, so l thought they had a shop in Woodbridge. I called to see what their hours were and when a lady answered she asked what key service l needed, l said l just needed a duplicate key made. She said we don’t send a locksmith out just for that, l said, l was just asking for your shop hours so l could get a key made. She interrupted me and said you will have to call someone else, we don’t do that, then she hung up. (*Apparently unlike they advertise they don’t cut keys, they only send out locksmiths*) I was looking for a locksmith shop because the Home Depot and Lowes or my local Hardware store do not have the key blank for my old dead bolt lock. What Services l received “None”. Not even the name of another Locksmith Shop that has a shop……🙄

Very friendly staff. Fast key making with good accuracy. They have a steady stream of customers keeps coming in while I was there. Great business.

The key made had a very jagged sharp edge. It unlocked the door fine but the edge could slice someone’s hand open.

Terrible service! I have ordered two pair of keys on 10/31 via kiosk. The kiosk said the keys will be shipped in 48 hours. After waiting for 3 days, I emailed the customer care and they asked for verifying my address. It was the same mailing address I had entered in the kiosk. Later, I received the keys on 11/7 (super slow). Finally, when I tried them on my lock, the keys did not turned and were unable to open the lock. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

User friendly and super easy to use! You insert your key in the scanner, it scans/analyzes your key and after about a minute you get your copied key. Key worked perfectly. Much easier than going, for example, to Home Depot or Lowe’s and have someone do it for you. Highly recommend!
