I called Allen’s Locksmith at 2:35 pm today because my security door wouldn’t open. Robert arrived in less than 30 mins and had my door fixed in 20 mins! I was back up & running in less than an hour. Robert was super nice and knowledgeable, explaining to me what happened. Highly recommend!

I recently used Pick Lock and Key Locksmith after purchasing a new vehicle and only receiving one key from the dealership. Replacement keys are typically very expensive, but after searching around, I was referred to Pick Lock and Key, who offered the best price by far.

Once my appointment was scheduled, the locksmith called on the day of service to confirm and even arrived earlier than expected, which I greatly appreciated. He was cordial, professional, and very pleasant to interact with. The quality of his work and the craftsmanship of the programmed key were excellent, and everything functioned perfectly.

I had an excellent experience with this Omg Locksmith! We called at the last minute with an urgent lock issue, and he responded quickly and professionally. Mr. Ronald was such a nice man. I found him after carefully going over multiple locksmith websites around here and checking their online reviews. He was super friendly and nice to talk to. My lock was spinning
I couldn’t open the door , all of a sudden I realized there’s a sticker of a locksmith on our business door so I called right away and asked for service , they arrived after 30 minutes which I was happy but he never gave me the prices upfront he started working and every time I ask him how much it was gonna cost he kept telling me don’t worry don’t worry he told me 295 for the lock which I was happy but then a idea and I got a bill of $529
And I said why he basically told me there is a service call of 125+ labor plus the part which I thought it was a very big scam and I will never ever use this company again the first thing I did is remove that sticker out of my door and told my neighbors not to call this guy ever

Right in the middle of Thanksgiving day Tim and Daniel got us out of a bind when no one else was even answering the phones. The job was complicated by aging door hardware, up five floors of stairs, and with other building security hassles. They came fully prepared and were able to replace and key lock cylinders on the spot.

Great experience here. They were able to get me a new car remote and reprogram it to my vehicle after the old one broke. They had the remote in stock and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Works great and looks like the original. Price was fair as well, cheaper than going through the car dealership. Very pleased!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as “how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?” or “how much are your services?” or “how does the process work since I won’t be present but an employee will be” is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said “You just have to trust us” and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply “trusting” that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do.

If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It’s a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business.
