I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

I got duplicate keys cut at a local kiosk. It was pretty reasonable in terms of price and customer experience. I might bring another couple keys to it for copying.

This is about the machine in Owings mills Safeway. Making the key was fast, cheapest was $12 with tax. Unfortunately when I got home, the key didn’t work :(. One of the grooves was not cut deep enough so it wouldn’t turn. Luckily, return was easy and no questions asked. Will take a couple days to see my return back.

This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!

I took my boots requesting 6 holes so I can use ribbon laces when I came to pick them up he made a professional decision to make 8 holes instead cause he thought it would look better… his words not mine. I told him it wasn’t his call to make. I am the customer and if he was unclear of my request then he should of contacted me before doing any irreversible work. He was very rude and argumentative. He charged me 25.00 for this. I told him I should file a court hearing he gv me 10.00 to compensate. He says he been in business for 38 yrs and no one ever complained about him before. I find this hard to believe. I knew what I wanted to have done. I don’t need him Second guessing my judgment. Customer service needs revamping… I will not spend money where it is not valued and neither should you. I

Locksmith On Duty (LOD) provided excellent customer service regarding my lock issue. I contacted LOD at 7:30 p.m. in the evening and spoke to John about my issues. I was able to text him photos of my lock, and he provided me with a reasonable and great quote. John told me that he would come to my house to resolve the issue last night, but after having a long day at the office, he went above and beyond to put me on his schedule for today. He was able to repair and fix my lock within an hour. Excellent and great customer service!!!
