Needed a simple key copied. Looks like a normal copy machine…but it looks like they just scan the key and ship you the key. You don’t get a copy right away. Foolish.

Ordered 2 keys but one key didn’t come out all the way. I thought I only got one but my 9 yr old reached and looked in the dispenser area and it was lodged and she was able to get the 2nd key out.

One thing I was grateful for was that I received my keys within minutes. I basically didn’t have to wait for two or more days to receive it. It’s instant. And it didn’t give me any problems too

I did get a key that works… but not very well. There is an option to flatten out all surfaces on the key. It costs more money and maybe that would have made the key easier to use in the lock. But really should I have to pay another $3 to have a fully operational key? I’ll go to the locksmith or jeweler’s the next time.
