User friendly and super easy to use! You insert your key in the scanner, it scans/analyzes your key and after about a minute you get your copied key. Key worked perfectly. Much easier than going, for example, to Home Depot or Lowe’s and have someone do it for you. Highly recommend!

I recently used Pick Lock and Key Locksmith after purchasing a new vehicle and only receiving one key from the dealership. Replacement keys are typically very expensive, but after searching around, I was referred to Pick Lock and Key, who offered the best price by far.

Once my appointment was scheduled, the locksmith called on the day of service to confirm and even arrived earlier than expected, which I greatly appreciated. He was cordial, professional, and very pleasant to interact with. The quality of his work and the craftsmanship of the programmed key were excellent, and everything functioned perfectly.

Based on my experience, I will continue to use Pick Lock and Key Locksmith for all of my automotive key needs and would highly recommend them to others seeking reliable, professional, and reasonably priced locksmith services.

I really like the options this service has but in the middle of my transaction one of my keys were not made. I was unable to tell which key it was that couldn’t be made because the machine malfunctioned. This was inconvenient because I had assumed it was the second key I had inserted in the machine but in all actuality it was the first one. I did purchase a key fob as well. We will see how well that works once it’s delivered in the mail.

Good Idea, but the machine is always near empty and you don’t get a lot of choices. I only had 4 to pick from. I wanted the State Flag key bec I have trouble remembering which key is for which house. It looks like the demand is higher than the supply. The company should really schedule more refills or put more keys in the machine vertically. Or just add another machine to Lowes.
