Convenient servicie location, but the position made for a slight bit of searching and finding the kiosk slightly challenging. I actually thought to myself, “I know it’s here,because I’ve scene it before.” The opening to this business has 2 entrances; one provides a clear view of the kiosk, the other, not so much.
Seeking a refund was somewhat of a challenge, with so many keys, I couldn’t recall the receipt number. Below, find photos of the keys, to keys being the original key.

I never do reviews, so for me to take time out of my day to leave one, you know it’s something serious. I — paid to have a remote key made for my car in October of last year, according to my bank statements. The remote key Eddy gave me was good for three months. In January, I began to notice the wear and tear of the key remote, deteriorating. The quality of it, is basically not worth paying $125. In a sense, yes, you get what you pay for, but I shouldn’t have paid Eddy $125 for a remote key that didn’t even last me 6 months. I called Eddy …… and let him know of the situation at hand. No accountability was taken at all. He kept deflecting, respectfully, stating that his customers never really complain or have any issues with the keys that he programs and sells.

Keys got locked in my Equinox van n the key fob battery died n the van locked itself during the recent snow storm. I called Crest n got an appointment scheduled for the afternoon, the technician Paul called n let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, opened the van in under 5 minutes. Wow, he really knew what to do n had all the tools to get it done. I will definitely use them again. Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable.

My dad was on the way down to our beach house and drove 3 hours and noticed 30 mins before getting there he didn’t have his keys and within 20 minutes they had a tech out there already working on lock. The lady and tech were so great and we appreciate the work. highly recommend. Will use company in future!!!!

Standard brass or copper key. Very well made. Opened the front door without any problems. I will definitely be using this service again. Praying for better pricing though. I paid damn near $7 for a regular house key.

I was referred here by a Locksmith because I couldn’t find a particular type of key. I was surprised to see a shop that has this many keys. Glad now I know.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as “how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?” or “how much are your services?” or “how does the process work since I won’t be present but an employee will be” is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said “You just have to trust us” and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply “trusting” that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do.

If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It’s a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business.

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!
