Called around to figure out if a van that we purchased had remote keys available. Others wanted to either replace the whole system or set up a service. One of the places said that Key Kopy might be able to help me. I walked in and he came out to see my van, went back in and within less than 5 minutes had remotes programmed for our van! Great service, great price! Very happy – made my day! Now I have 2 remotes to access my van. Thank you!

This is by far one of the best learning classes I have ever taken in my life. The instructor Tim was a real gentleman and very knowledgeable. I was really impressed by how fun he made the class, and he has so much knowledge in this field. The classroom is packed full of hands-on items that you can really get a feel for in learning this trade. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is interested in locksmithing, or low voltage in general. Thank you so much Tim! Definitely looking forward to coming back for registration renewal.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as “how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?” or “how much are your services?” or “how does the process work since I won’t be present but an employee will be” is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said “You just have to trust us” and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply “trusting” that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do.

If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It’s a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business.
