I can understand why this company has many positive reviews, and I am glad others had good experiences. Unfortunately, mine was not one of them.

I hired them to install a doorbell. Instead of being upfront that this was not within their expertise, they attempted the project anyway. Throughout the process, they repeatedly asked me if I was sure and insisted their way was the only option. Looking back, it is clear those questions were less about helping me make an informed decision and more about covering themselves so they could later say I gave permission. As a client, I am not the expert, which is why I hired a professional. That approach felt more like intimidation than guidance.

When it became clear the project could not be completed, I was still charged the full price. The response to my concern was dismissive and delivered in an elevated tone of voice. As a young woman alone in that situation, I felt intimidated and taken advantage of. They knew they had not completed the work successfully, yet still required me to pay in full, which is what makes this experience feel so unfair.

Afterward, I learned the wiring issue could have been solved in a very simple way. Instead, I was left with unnecessary damage and had to clean up the entire mess by myself. Having to do that not only made the sting of the experience worse but also felt degrading. On top of that, I now face additional costs to fix what was left behind.

I am glad this company seems to work well for smaller, straightforward projects. However, if your request requires anything more complex, be cautious. Even if the work is not successful, you will still be charged in full. I was hesitant to write this review out of fear of retaliation, but I felt it was important to share my experience in case it helps someone else.

While I see the intent behind your follow-up here on Google, I want it publicly reflected that my actual follow-up experience did not match the tone of this message. The phone call felt aggressive, and my concerns were attributed to accent and cultural differences, which came across as dismissive of my frustrations rather than constructive. Lost all my keys while walking my dog this morning. I called my dealership, and was told I’d have to have my car towed to their location and then they’d order me a new key.
Took a deep breath and asked ChatGPT what my alternatives were. Advanced Security Safe was its highest rated suggestion, and I’m so glad I asked, and followed up. A quick call, and within an hour and half Makii was at my vehicle. Despite a huge rain/thunderstorm, he programmed a new key for me in about 30 minutes, and I was done. Dispatcher I spoke to was so very helpful, and Makii did a great job explaining the charges to me, and giving me instructions to get a 2nd fob made if I needed to.
It was 100% stress free, and I needed a bit of ‘stress free’ after losing all my keys!

Cant express enough beneficial things about this person. with a minutes notice he came out at what might have typically been off hours [9 pm] and didnt charge soar rates. He fixed what the past locksmith had messed up and was even ready to re-key the new door handle to my present keys. This at an absolutely sensible cost; not exactly 50% of what I paid to the next to have them obliterate my entryway handle.?

Great experience here. They were able to get me a new car remote and reprogram it to my vehicle after the old one broke. They had the remote in stock and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Works great and looks like the original. Price was fair as well, cheaper than going through the car dealership. Very pleased!

A lost key on a morning walk had us sitting on our rowhouse stoop at 7am. The key come out working fine. But the machine takes a very long time, about 3 minutes per key. And their prices are outrageous. $10 per key? Are you kidding me? This machine should only be an emergency last resort.

My lock was spinning
I couldn’t open the door , all of a sudden I realized there’s a sticker of a locksmith on our business door so I called right away and asked for service , they arrived after 30 minutes which I was happy but he never gave me the prices upfront he started working and every time I ask him how much it was gonna cost he kept telling me don’t worry don’t worry he told me 295 for the lock which I was happy but then a idea and I got a bill of $529
And I said why he basically told me there is a service call of 125+ labor plus the part which I thought it was a very big scam and I will never ever use this company again the first thing I did is remove that sticker out of my door and told my neighbors not to call this guy ever
