The keys are perfect and they work. I have no problem using this service again. I do think the prices are a little hi even for a plain key. But all in all. I would definitely use it again.

I am extremely pleased with the response and service I received. I asked what the price range was prior to confirming and my service did not exceed that amount. The tech responded within 20 minutes and the work was complete within 15 minutes. He was polite and friendly; able to open the door without damaging the lock. Perfect!

The service was good. Although it took longer than expected to get a call back from the technician to schedule an appointment, I did appreciate that the appointment was scheduled for the same day. The technician said it would take 1 hr. Actually, it took about 1 hour and a half. Overall, we are very pleased with the company and the work that the technicians did. I would refer them to others if they need help.

Good automated kiosk, more pricey than just going and getting your key cut at the local store but they have a cool selection of keys and my grocery store is open late so it was pretty convenient.

Dude is an absolute Gem of a human in my opinion. And I don’t see that lightly. It was already amazing that he knew my car was hard to work on. I called several people before him and none of them would even give me the time of day some of them weren’t calling me back and I finally found out it’s because people don’t work on Volkswagens. Is my daughter’s car and she just HAD to have a beetle. I let her borrow my car the other day and she didn’t see that her set of keys was on the roof of my car when she drove off so we lost her keys. So we finally we’re told about Daniel from another company. They told me that he was like the only one that would do VW around here. But yeah so he guaranteed that he would try to fix it and if it didn’t work he wouldn’t even charge me even when I tried to insist at least $20 for gas. He wouldn’t accept. And for me I’m all about being an honorable person and it just really meant a lot to me I had to get on here and give him a five-star review. He’s outside trying to fix it right now. He told me with these cars there’s no guarantee because VW is just very tricky most people won’t work on them anymore I know that firsthand because I called 4 different places before him. Either way I’m grateful for him attempting to try to help us out especially because he’s already had a full day but still me time to come at the end of the day to help me and my family out. Knowing that he might not even earn money. Allied will be the only locksmith we call from now on. Much respect bro!

Benny and Lloyd are a great team. Benny answered my call right away and kept me updated on the ETA for my tow even when it got a little delayed. Benny assessed my situation and offered a solution which saved me money in the long run. Lloyd is a skilled professional who takes his time. That dedication shows in the way he handles and cares for your vehicle while in his possession. Unfortunately, my vehicle locked up and was in an awkward position to be towed. Then there was snow and ice everywhere to boot. That didn’t matter to Lloyd, he took his time and was able to get my vehicle loaded with no damage.

everything went smoothly and were able to accommodate my car being that it didn’t steer! quick and efficient both were very kind! the guy who helped me was named Nick and he coordinated everything perfectly where i had it dropped off to! very affordable towing compared to some places charging 300 and over for a 10-15 min drive! they charged $150! with multiple payment methods! thank u highly recommend

My dad was on the way down to our beach house and drove 3 hours and noticed 30 mins before getting there he didn’t have his keys and within 20 minutes they had a tech out there already working on lock. The lady and tech were so great and we appreciate the work. highly recommend. Will use company in future!!!!
