Mr Locksmith connected me to Mario (of Elkin Locksmith) and he was a pleasure to work with … although he wasn’t able to program my key, he was very determined & dogged : he came to my house about 5x, each time bringing at least 1 newly-ordered fob. The pic shows how many “switchboards” he tried.

Right in the middle of Thanksgiving day Tim and Daniel got us out of a bind when no one else was even answering the phones. The job was complicated by aging door hardware, up five floors of stairs, and with other building security hassles. They came fully prepared and were able to replace and key lock cylinders on the spot.

One thing I was grateful for was that I received my keys within minutes. I basically didn’t have to wait for two or more days to receive it. It’s instant. And it didn’t give me any problems too

Needed car key duplication, Called them, after going through voicemail trees and 2 dispatchers, they text me saying they do not have anyone who can cut a physical key. I resolved the matter by going to a competitor who responded in a timely manner.

I did get a key that works… but not very well. There is an option to flatten out all surfaces on the key. It costs more money and maybe that would have made the key easier to use in the lock. But really should I have to pay another $3 to have a fully operational key? I’ll go to the locksmith or jeweler’s the next time.
