Mr Locksmith connected me to Mario (of Elkin Locksmith) and he was a pleasure to work with … although he wasn’t able to program my key, he was very determined & dogged : he came to my house about 5x, each time bringing at least 1 newly-ordered fob. The pic shows how many “switchboards” he tried.

Solomon did an excellent job replacing our front door knob. I was concerned about possible damage to the door frame but he had the right tools to do the job. The company responded quickly and the job was done efficiently. Highly recommend.

I’m a Locksmith technician and I called this company to get help with special Lock custom-made and this is the only one company in the area carry about this Lock!!!!The guy named Shay not only helped me, he also came to install it for me because I don’t know how to deal with a European Lock. Really recommend

The best part was there was no wait.
The process was quite quick.
I gave it 4 stars, for the reason I believe the price was too steep for something you do yourself without associate help.
And it ask of you want special looking key it was almost $2.00 more and it will be delivered later. Also it ask to smooth the key (which I believe it should of been done without charging) for some extra charge.

Needed car key duplication, Called them, after going through voicemail trees and 2 dispatchers, they text me saying they do not have anyone who can cut a physical key. I resolved the matter by going to a competitor who responded in a timely manner.
