The technician came very fast in 20 minutes, however I noticed my door doesn’t lock anymore. When I called customer service i was hung up twice and was told the same technician that broke my door would call me back but it’s been 2 hours. I asked if I can get another technician and was hung up on. This is unprofessional

Got locked out of my house at 2:00 AM with my wife and kids inside and everything went wrong at once. Abdul showed up in 20–25 minutes, no exaggeration — lightning fast.

I called to see if they had the size screws that I needed, and when the girl answered the phone, she said “well, you’ll have to come in and look for yourself because we have a lot of screws.”

I hoped that since they had a lot, it meant they would have the right size, but they did not.

It would have taken her about 7 steps to get from the desk where the phone was to the wall with the screws to see that they had none in the size I needed, but I’m glad I wasted 45+ minutes of my day to save her that hassle!

I don’t think expecting just a little bit of customer service is asking too much.
