I had a simple task. I needed 2 key fobs re-coded for my car. This company dispatched some guy who was over 45 minutes late, and didn’t take the time to check his work and made the problem worse-now the car won’t start. After calling the company to speak to a manager, I was given the run-around and the technician who worked on my car won’t return my calls. This company is unreliable and unprofessional I’ve ever worked with.

My recommendation, do not use them for anything.

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!

This is about the machine in Owings mills Safeway. Making the key was fast, cheapest was $12 with tax. Unfortunately when I got home, the key didn’t work :(. One of the grooves was not cut deep enough so it wouldn’t turn. Luckily, return was easy and no questions asked. Will take a couple days to see my return back.

Locksmith On Duty (LOD) provided excellent customer service regarding my lock issue. I contacted LOD at 7:30 p.m. in the evening and spoke to John about my issues. I was able to text him photos of my lock, and he provided me with a reasonable and great quote. John told me that he would come to my house to resolve the issue last night, but after having a long day at the office, he went above and beyond to put me on his schedule for today. He was able to repair and fix my lock within an hour. Excellent and great customer service!!!

The process from start to finish with very simple easy to follow steps on the machine to make the keys I was able to make two keys and the price was very good. Both
