Mr Locksmith connected me to Mario (of Elkin Locksmith) and he was a pleasure to work with … although he wasn’t able to program my key, he was very determined & dogged : he came to my house about 5x, each time bringing at least 1 newly-ordered fob. The pic shows how many “switchboards” he tried.

I like the ease of getting keys made. I was at Safeway shopping. Saved me a trip of going somewhere else.
I thought the price was a bit much compared to other places. The convenience outweighed that.

One of the Best customer service I’ve received in the DMV area. Their services are Fast, Reliable and Affordable. I actually stopped by because I noticed it as I was walking to Costco inside the mall. Glad I stumbled upon it.

This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!

They got here at 1:45 and had my money by 3:30; all $675 of it. For $465 an hour they shouldn’t have had to use Youtube to solve my issue (which they did solve!). I absolutely, 100% should have taken it to a mechanic, where I’d be paying $~90/hr.
They told me it might be $800 to install a new part; I declined a replacement and told me they’d “know the price of the work when it was done”. Literal heart-surgeons make less-per-hour; I feel scammed. I’ll push my car to Meineke next time.
