Got locked out of my house at 2:00 AM with my wife and kids inside and everything went wrong at once. Abdul showed up in 20–25 minutes, no exaggeration — lightning fast.

1/2 keys worked. I got a refund same day for key that didn’t work, and the second key just barely worked. The kiosk had trouble filing down some of the notches even when I made sure to press down firmly during the process. After speaking with a Walmart associate, they informed me Walmart doesn’t assist further if there is a key error and you have to speak directly with the keyme company for issues .
