Mr Locksmith connected me to Mario (of Elkin Locksmith) and he was a pleasure to work with … although he wasn’t able to program my key, he was very determined & dogged : he came to my house about 5x, each time bringing at least 1 newly-ordered fob. The pic shows how many “switchboards” he tried.

The technician came very fast in 20 minutes, however I noticed my door doesn’t lock anymore. When I called customer service i was hung up twice and was told the same technician that broke my door would call me back but it’s been 2 hours. I asked if I can get another technician and was hung up on. This is unprofessional

Needed car key duplication, Called them, after going through voicemail trees and 2 dispatchers, they text me saying they do not have anyone who can cut a physical key. I resolved the matter by going to a competitor who responded in a timely manner.

my car battery died in a Sunday afternoon and they quickly came out to give me a jump. The communication was amazing and the service was quick. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
