I live about 5hrs out of town and lost my key fob while visiting the area. I told them my situation and was VERY clear that I needed a new fob, not a stick key. I provided my car’s year, make, and model, they gave me a quote, and I was assured they could do the job for me, so I made an appointment. Less than an hour before the scheduled time, I get a call from their tech saying they DON’T have my part, but they would try and find it for me and call me back… No call back! I wasted a trip back here and an entire day waiting around for them, when I could have been calling elsewhere. Very disappointed and inconvenienced!

I purchased a new key yesterday, I went home to open the door, and it didn’t work. I went back to the App and couldn’t get through, based on some five digit code I had to use.

I purchased 4 keys total. 1 just a plain brass key, and 3 with graphic art. The plain key and 1 of the graphic art keys work fine. The other 2 graphic art keys were cut almost completely flat. There were no teeth at all.
The website, however, quickly provided a refund for the miscut keys.

Lost all my keys while walking my dog this morning. I called my dealership, and was told I’d have to have my car towed to their location and then they’d order me a new key.
Took a deep breath and asked ChatGPT what my alternatives were. Advanced Security Safe was its highest rated suggestion, and I’m so glad I asked, and followed up. A quick call, and within an hour and half Makii was at my vehicle. Despite a huge rain/thunderstorm, he programmed a new key for me in about 30 minutes, and I was done. Dispatcher I spoke to was so very helpful, and Makii did a great job explaining the charges to me, and giving me instructions to get a 2nd fob made if I needed to.
It was 100% stress free, and I needed a bit of ‘stress free’ after losing all my keys!

Great experience here. They were able to get me a new car remote and reprogram it to my vehicle after the old one broke. They had the remote in stock and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Works great and looks like the original. Price was fair as well, cheaper than going through the car dealership. Very pleased!

A lost key on a morning walk had us sitting on our rowhouse stoop at 7am. Ben arrived as promised in about twenty minutes and resolved our situation professionally and pleasantly for a very reasonable price. We actually had a great chat about container plants as well! Ben and Advanced exceded our expectations and got the job done; highly recommended (and probably the only Google review I’ve done in the last two years, by the way!)

Had a very positive experience with everyone at Liberty, starting from when I first called them about an exterior door handle that fell off. Brian and Kate patiently explained the options and costs and had me send photos of the handle and lock in advance. Darryl arrived on schedule and was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in performing the needed repair. He even provided tips on how to keep everything in good working order. The cost was reasonable. I will absolutely use Liberty again if I need locksmith services in the future.

It doesn’t say on maps, but it’s just a kiosk inside Giant. I needed a key copied in a pinch on a Sunday evening (most places are closed by then). It was relatively quick, no more than 5 minutes. And the key works just fine. My only issue was that some of the options have to be mailed to you and I needed a key that day.
