Went from dispatcher letting me know technician 15 mins away, to tech telling me be here in 30 to adding 20 mins then texting after another 10 mins to literally pop open my door in less than thirty seconds with a hand balloon charging an arm and leg. Wasted an hour for mere seconds. Learned my lesson.
