Rude staff. Couldn’t make keys for a property I own. Wouldn’t even have a conversation about it Just said no. Won’t use them again. Find yourself a more professional locksmith than this place.

In response, to your reply, that’s also preposterous. I can just as simply write or have someone send an “approval letter” as someone can etch “do not duplicate” into a key. Its a standard kiwkset key body with a oversized top and stamp. Never fear though any key copy machine has no problem copying it so I now have several copies at a fraction of the price. Save your money for key copies and go somewhere else.

Harold is the best! He helped with a few new locks and rekeying a door for my new house and did a great job. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend!

I called them to get a key fob, and they sent me a shady man from another company called Expert Lock and Key who was rude and very defensive over me requesting a receipt!!!! That guy was super shady, he arrived in a beat-up van and had an unkempt appearance and was super aggressive.

I used the kiosk in the Easton, MD Lowes to make 3 copies. Everything worked as I expected it to and there were no issues. I went back to make another copy on a different day and thankfully saved the key to the cloud. I was able to create a key even though I forgot the physical key at home, because I created an account and stored the details there was no issue with duplicating it.
