My dad was on the way down to our beach house and drove 3 hours and noticed 30 mins before getting there he didn’t have his keys and within 20 minutes they had a tech out there already working on lock. Absolutely the best way to have duplicate keys made. Love the fact that you can find them at most Walmart locations…so convenient. For the first time, I had to contact Customer Service. The representative truly was outstanding!

The service was good. Although it took longer than expected to get a call back from the technician to schedule an appointment, I did appreciate that the appointment was scheduled for the same day. The technician said it would take 1 hr. Actually, it took about 1 hour and a half. Overall, we are very pleased with the company and the work that the technicians did. I would refer them to others if they need help.
