I had an outstanding experience at the Keyless Shop at the Mall at Prince George’s. Copy was shorter than the original – scan didn’t pick up on all the pins. Obviously didn’t work, and no option for refund. Make sure you compare the copy to the original immediately, or better yet, go to a hardware store instead for much cheaper.

The service was good. Although it took longer than expected to get a call back from the technician to schedule an appointment, I did appreciate that the appointment was scheduled for the same day. The technician said it would take 1 hr. Actually, it took about 1 hour and a half. Overall, we are very pleased with the company and the work that the technicians did.
