I had a key made at the kiosk and it did not fit. I tried filling the rough spots and it did not help.

I recently used Pick Lock and Key Locksmith after purchasing a new vehicle and only receiving one key from the dealership. Replacement keys are typically very expensive, but after searching around, I was referred to Pick Lock and Key, who offered the best price by far.

Right in the middle of Thanksgiving day Tim and Daniel got us out of a bind when no one else was even answering the phones. The job was complicated by aging door hardware, up five floors of stairs, and with other building security hassles. They came fully prepared and were able to replace and key lock cylinders on the spot.

I had a house key that was about 50 years old that I needed copied. The guy at Home Depot didn’t have the blank and said that if anybody did, it would be these guys. Sure enough, they were able to get me a copy of my key. Great price and friendly service!

I recently used the key kiosk at the Giant Food store in Maryland and I must say it was a great experience. The kiosk was easy to use and the instructions were clear.
