Had a great experience. They were very accommodating with scheduling, and came out and did all the locks I needed for a great price. They even helped me with resetting electric lock and helped with some of the hanging of the front door. Would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again in the future.

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

Just go to Home Depot. I used this because it was in the Giant I do my grocery shopping in.

Every step of process asked me to add on some dumb option for more money that I was not interested in. One of those options being 3 dollars for the key being de-burred (sharp edges removed). I thought this was especially dumb because you can remove the burrs yourself with a small file.

When the new key came out it didn’t match original. Some of the flats on the original were now sharp triangles on the new key. Now, I’m not a a genius, but I can tell basic shapes apart.

Long story short. The new key didn’t work. I will be a returning customer to Home Depot which worked for me last time I needed a key cut.

Not sure if the tools in the machine are worn or they suck at geometry. I would include pictures, but I’m here on the couch and the keys are about 15 steps away in the other room.

I would recommend to everyone, such a positive experience from scheduling until after the service. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they gave me a price over the phone. The locksmith called to give updates on his arrival and was very nice and professional. 5 STARS!!

This place is amazing. The dealer gave us a quote that was more than double what we paid to use US Auto Locksmith and the owner came to our house and fixed everything for a fraction of the dealer quote. He was fast, polite, friendly and helpful, and super high quality and customer service. Definitely recommend!!!

As long as the key is in stock you are good to go. The process is quick, fast and a reasonable price. My one issue is when an item needs to be ordered it can cause major delays. I ordered a key fob and waited 2 weeks and nothing happened. I would have appreciated that customer service step in to assist but it was up to me to call and get things figured out. The rep was very helpful and professional while providing me with a refund. Could be good to call in advance if you want a special items to ensure it is in stock at your location.

I used to by all my appliances here. My latest experience hay have missed 4. Yes 4 delivery dates on a fridge . People that work here at least at service desk are awesome. Also a manager Lanaia is awesome. Somehow despite these people this has become a horrible place to shop. Sucks i will have to drive to a less convenient location now. I am currently been her one hour trying to resolve again. Endless hours on phone. Crazy.

I live about 5hrs out of town and lost my key fob while visiting the area. I told them my situation and was VERY clear that I needed a new fob, not a stick key. I provided my car’s year, make, and model, they gave me a quote, and I was assured they could do the job for me, so I made an appointment. Less than an hour before the scheduled time, I get a call from their tech saying they DON’T have my part, but they would try and find it for me and call me back… No call back! I wasted a trip back here and an entire day waiting around for them, when I could have been calling elsewhere. Very disappointed and inconvenienced!
