Called out for a key replacement after using the newly cut key for 3 days my original key wouldn’t work its the one that came with the car. The new key is cut sharp and wore out my ignition now I can only use my original key to unlock my door and sometimes my key won’t turn my car over it all happened after using jb locksmith services.
I need a new ignition switch new key and new fob with programming and still spent 100+ on the key. Highly disappointed

My keypad’s battery died on Saturday night on Thanksgiving weekend and we were locked out. They arrived super quickly that Saturday night and got us in with no damage to door or lock. Amazing customer service and handiwork. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I lost my key fob and had to get a replacement. I called this location for service, and within 30 minutes I was contacted by Mohammad N. I specifically explained that I could not pay over $150 and to CANCEL if the price would be over that amount. Mohammad arrived but didn’t have everything needed and said he would come back the next day. I confirmed the price with him AGAIN before he left, which he said $150 – $160. He came back the next day and programed the new fob to my car. He then said the price was $195!!!!!!! He made up some bogus reason for the price jump. He should have told me about the price increase beforehand as I would’ve canceled. Don’t book with this business, they will SCAM you!!!!!

I do not recommend this company. A technician came to my home and spent over three hours attempting to fix the issue, yet the key still did not work properly. Due to a significant language barrier, he was unable to clearly explain what the problem was or why it could not be resolved. This resulted in a complete waste of my time.

I attempted to contact management multiple times and was repeatedly told that someone from the management team would call me back. Instead, I received calls from other technicians who also spoke very limited English and were unable to assist.

Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and effective service was extremely frustrating. I strongly advise others not to waste their time with this company.

$10 for a regular house key is insane. I needed the key urgently and this was 2 minutes away from my house. I guess you can say I paid a convenience fee. Other than that the key fit perfectly.
