Phil Rawlings is a great guy! He was punctual, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient in replacing 4 dead bolts and rekeying locks at our home in Owings MD. I would work with Phil and Rawlings Lock Co again any time we need their services!

Harold is the best! He helped with a few new locks and rekeying a door for my new house and did a great job. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as “how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?” or “how much are your services?” or “how does the process work since I won’t be present but an employee will be” is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said “You just have to trust us” and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply “trusting” that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do.

If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It’s a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business.

My car keys went missing. They had responded quite quickly, compared to other locksmiths I’d tried, they communicated very well. I had paid 500 dollars for two new keys to my car, which is a lot, but I needed the keys same day, and they delivered. Everyone was very lovely, and knowledgeable, compared to the others I’d tried, and even made the almost hour long drive with sun optimal road conditions.

She arrived before estimated time. She was nice and friendly! She did a Key cut remote replacement key for my 2015 Toyota Camry LE. Shantel was done 15 min flat! 10/10 recommend!

More than happy. Showed up when they said, neat, professional, did great work and was careful with the classic car he was making keys for. Very happy with the service provided. Priced well. Would highly recommend Mike’s Locksmith. He Is flexible and willing to make adjustments if required. He punctual, very professional and highly skilled. A minor tweak .. He did not damage my floors but .. he could use a mat or tarp to catch the dust and protect the floors from his tools. Nevertheless he still merits 5 stars for his work!

They are an awesome local locksmith company with great service! They are a little pricey, in my likely uninformed opinion of how much their expertise is worth. I do like investing in the local community, so I would still strongly encourage other folks to use their services. If you’re on a budget, however, I would also recommend shopping quotes.

I was referred here by a Locksmith because I couldn’t find a particular type of key. I was surprised to see a shop that has this many keys. Glad now I know.

Very friendly staff. Fast key making with good accuracy. They have a steady stream of customers keeps coming in while I was there. Great business.
