They are an awesome local locksmith company with great service! They are a little pricey, in my likely uninformed opinion of how much their expertise is worth. I do like investing in the local community, so I would still strongly encourage other folks to use their services. If you’re on a budget, however, I would also recommend shopping quotes.

I needed extra key for my house. KeyMe at Giant was very handy, in few minutes the keys were duplicated perfectly. They open the locks without any issue.

I am a first-time user of your kiosk machine. My initial attempt to duplicate 3 copies of my key left me with copying only one. I restarted the duplication process to get the other 2 keys copied. After canceling twice, I determined I had to hit the key images for the number of keys I wanted to duplicated. Maybe an instruction on the screen might help fumblers like me. Thx

Called out for a key replacement after using the newly cut key for 3 days my original key wouldn’t work its the one that came with the car. The new key is cut sharp and wore out my ignition now I can only use my original key to unlock my door and sometimes my key won’t turn my car over it all happened after using jb locksmith services.
I need a new ignition switch new key and new fob with programming and still spent 100+ on the key. Highly disappointed
