We recently had a great experience with Waldorf Locksmith Company of Waldorf, Maryland. We reached out to request service at a very short notice and got same day response, including completion of service. Mr. Kenny, the owner was extremely helpful in resolving our issue promptly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were particularly impressed with his attention to detail and clear communication. I locked myself out of my office (corporate building) and could not get it, I called SOMD 24/7 locksmith and he was at my office within 10 mins. He’s professional, well spoken and got the job done quickly without any harm to the door or the lock. Awesome service! Thank you!

This was my first time using it. Had to take time learning how to use it. Had to copy 4 different keys. Wished that I could make one after another but I had to make one key at a time then pay for it. For each key I had to make pay, remove credit card then start over for each key. Plus, instructions was not clear when the machine offered to make a second key for half the amount. So I ended up making a second I identical key when I was thinking that could make a new key.

Dude is an absolute Gem of a human in my opinion. And I don’t see that lightly. It was already amazing that he knew my car was hard to work on. I called several people before him and none of them would even give me the time of day some of them weren’t calling me back and I finally found out it’s because people don’t work on Volkswagens. Is my daughter’s car and she just HAD to have a beetle. I let her borrow my car the other day and she didn’t see that her set of keys was on the roof of my car when she drove off so we lost her keys. So we finally we’re told about Daniel from another company. They told me that he was like the only one that would do VW around here. But yeah so he guaranteed that he would try to fix it and if it didn’t work he wouldn’t even charge me even when I tried to insist at least $20 for gas. He wouldn’t accept. And for me I’m all about being an honorable person and it just really meant a lot to me I had to get on here and give him a five-star review. He’s outside trying to fix it right now. He told me with these cars there’s no guarantee because VW is just very tricky most people won’t work on them anymore I know that firsthand because I called 4 different places before him. Either way I’m grateful for him attempting to try to help us out especially because he’s already had a full day but still me time to come at the end of the day to help me and my family out. Knowing that he might not even earn money. Allied will be the only locksmith we call from now on. Much respect bro!

Please consider updating your kiosks to allow the user to copy different keys in a single transaction. It was quite cumbersome having to reenter my email and payment info for each key that I wanted to copy. Other than that, it’s all good.

Not what I expected. A little pricey for one key made, $7.99. I rather have an option to get a printed paper receipt. Convenient but pricey. Also, not specified re if a return is acceptable and or instructions for a return/refund.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as “how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?” or “how much are your services?” or “how does the process work since I won’t be present but an employee will be” is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said “You just have to trust us” and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply “trusting” that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do.

If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It’s a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business.
