I was searching the closing times for my local hardware stores when I came across a positive review for this business. Glad I did — I didn’t have to rush or make multiple stops. Was able to pick up groceries and get keys made @ Safeway. The self-service kiosk was located by the front door. The keys work perfectly and several designs were available to choose from in addition to plain silver/gold-colored. I needed 3 keys made from 2 masters – and there was a Buy Two Get One free! Kiosk screen was 100% user friendly, explanatory, with large print, clear instructions and illustrations. Recd 3 cut keys in about 10-12min and I was texted a receipt in real-time. There is a phone # to call for assistance if needed. If you don’t need your keys immediately and want one of the many additional designs they offer (but are not available @ the kiosk), it seemed you would proceed like a regular order (e.g. scan key & pay) but your cut keys will be mailed to you.
I rarely write reviews but chose to take the time so I could share a little surprise convenience tip for someone else🙂

It’s a key machine. Once you find it, follow the prompts to get a key copied in about 5 minutes. The new key works perfectly in the lock, first try.

This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!

Keys got locked in my Equinox van n the key fob battery died n the van locked itself during the recent snow storm. I called Crest n got an appointment scheduled for the afternoon, the technician Paul called n let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, opened the van in under 5 minutes. Wow, he really knew what to do n had all the tools to get it done. I will definitely use them again. Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable.

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

Two out of three keys did not work at all. I am surprise the third key did because the cuts are nothing like the original. Now I have to go through a process to get my money refunded. Technology is great when it works unfortunately this did not. There should be a way directly from the machine to get my money refunded immediately.
