Amazing customer service all around, and very communicative. Amber quickly reached out in response to my inquiry (within 24 hours) to provide me a quote, and special ordered a deadbolt to match our existing doorknob. Matt arrived on time, was extremely personable, efficient, and thorough. He was familiar with historic homes and took special consideration to be careful with our old doorframe, and talked through options for other historic lock hardware in our home when I asked. I’d recommend them highly and will be a repeat client for any lock repairs we need!

Super friendly – they made it so easy to get a new key for my 2013 Honda. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. It was less than the dealership would have charged and my new key comes with a 6 month warranty! Highly recommend.

The key doesn’t work. Very easy process at the Walmart kiosk to get it made and then when I took it home and tried it it simply did not turn the deadbolt. I compared the two keys and they are very close, but there are a couple of clear differences between the two and it was enough to make the key not work. I’ll give it a try with a different company.

Someone stole my keys. All of them – but didn’t take my car. Huge inconvenience. This was cheap, quick, and the key works perfectly. House key is pretty sharp and of good quality with options for personal decoration if you want to give a copy to someone else. $272 for a vehicle lockout is unheard of, Ive never paid more than $100 for this kind of service. I have a regular car requiring no out-of-the-ordinary services to retrieve my key. I’m a student working only part-time and I don’t have much income to throw around and asked for a student discount and they gave me $20 off which is still grossly overpriced. Normally this kiosk works pretty well, but not this time. I was surprised it offered padlock key cutting at all, but I quickly found that it wasn’t up to the task. It’s not an exotic lock – it’s an off-the-shelf lock that is offered by any place that sells generic brand locks.

Of the three keys cut they were all too thick, teeth were missing and crooked on the shank, and heavy burring was left behind. None of the three keys worked at all. They wouldn’t even fit into the keyway. I’ve requested a refund, but haven’t heard back on it yet.

UPDATE: I received an email the same day from a customer service rep saying they’ve refunded me.

This kiosk works great generally on larger keys and I’ll still use it for that purpose. Some keys still need to be hand cut, and that’s ok. Minute Key made things right. 5 stars for the customer service. 5 stars for keys normally. 1 star for padlock keys. Bringing my review up from a 1 to a 3.

Great experience here. They were able to get me a new car remote and reprogram it to my vehicle after the old one broke. They had the remote in stock and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Works great and looks like the original. Price was fair as well, cheaper than going through the car dealership. Very pleased!

Lost all my keys while walking my dog this morning. I called my dealership, and was told I’d have to have my car towed to their location and then they’d order me a new key.
Took a deep breath and asked ChatGPT what my alternatives were. Advanced Security Safe was its highest rated suggestion, and I’m so glad I asked, and followed up. A quick call, and within an hour and half Makii was at my vehicle. Despite a huge rain/thunderstorm, he programmed a new key for me in about 30 minutes, and I was done. Dispatcher I spoke to was so very helpful, and Makii did a great job explaining the charges to me, and giving me instructions to get a 2nd fob made if I needed to.
It was 100% stress free, and I needed a bit of ‘stress free’ after losing all my keys!

A lost key on a morning walk had us sitting on our rowhouse stoop at 7am.
