Dude is an absolute Gem of a human in my opinion. And I don’t see that lightly. It was already amazing that he knew my car was hard to work on. I called several people before him and none of them would even give me the time of day some of them weren’t calling me back and I finally found out it’s because people don’t work on Volkswagens. Is my daughter’s car and she just HAD to have a beetle. I let her borrow my car the other day and she didn’t see that her set of keys was on the roof of my car when she drove off so we lost her keys. So we finally we’re told about Daniel from another company. They told me that he was like the only one that would do VW around here. But yeah so he guaranteed that he would try to fix it and if it didn’t work he wouldn’t even charge me even when I tried to insist at least $20 for gas. He wouldn’t accept. And for me I’m all about being an honorable person and it just really meant a lot to me I had to get on here and give him a five-star review. He’s outside trying to fix it right now. He told me with these cars there’s no guarantee because VW is just very tricky most people won’t work on them anymore I know that firsthand because I called 4 different places before him. Either way I’m grateful for him attempting to try to help us out especially because he’s already had a full day but still me time to come at the end of the day to help me and my family out. Knowing that he might not even earn money. Allied will be the only locksmith we call from now on. Much respect bro!

I gave RJ lock a key to my pool house gate which is very difficult to reproduce. They made one only to find out that it did not fit nor did it work. When I returned the next day, they patiently searched for a correct key, made a duplicate, and it worked. Really appreciate their standing behind their products.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as “how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?” or “how much are your services?” or “how does the process work since I won’t be present but an employee will be” is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said “You just have to trust us” and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply “trusting” that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do.

If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It’s a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business.

I do strongly believe the price was high.
I had a door to the laundry room
Thru the garage that needed opening. Did not even take 10 minutes.

I was referred here by a Locksmith because I couldn’t find a particular type of key. I was surprised to see a shop that has this many keys. Glad now I know.

Very friendly staff. Fast key making with good accuracy. They have a steady stream of customers keeps coming in while I was there. Great business.

My dad was on the way down to our beach house and drove 3 hours and noticed 30 mins before getting there he didn’t have his keys and within 20 minutes they had a tech out there already working on lock. The lady and tech were so great and we appreciate the work. highly recommend. Will use company in future!!!!

This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I’m keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!

They know locks and have blanks for many more types than the box stores. If getting a less common key type cut, ask them to use the higher precision machine and save yourself a return trip.

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

Amazing service! I needed a replacement key and they were able to get it done the same day. The whole process only took about 15–20 minutes, and the key included a remote, which was a huge plus. They are an awesome local locksmith company with great service! They are a little pricey, in my likely uninformed opinion of how much their expertise is worth. I do like investing in the local community, so I would still strongly encourage other folks to use their services. If you’re on a budget, however, I would also recommend shopping quotes.
